The total debt of Greece to foreign countries is 267.5 billions euros. Each greek owes 26,500 euros. 

Germany is the country that greece borrowed most of the money. 68.2 billions euro. But the percentage of the debt to Germany to the total debt is 25%. To France, Greece owes 43.8 billion euros and the percentage to the total debt is 16%. However France is not so demanding like Germany.

The Greece owes by far fewer billions to the more powerfull economies of USA and UK.
